Mow front, sides, & back yard
with Lightweight Commercial mulching
mowers. Edge walks and driveway. Trim
around beds, fences, trees, AC (Please
protect them otherwise they may be damaged),
and other areas not accessible with
mower. Blow clean all driveways, patios,
decks, sidewalks, and walkways.
*We are not responsible for trees, cables,
or ANY other items not protected. Please
have all dog waste, toys, or any other
debris picked up prior to your mow day.*
DECLINED CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
PAYMENTS
If your credit or debit card is
declined, we will call you to help
straighten out the situation, or take
a new number from you. If we are given
a bad credit or debit card number
in hopes of receiving free lawn care,
legal steps will be taken in the form
of a claim on the property. We have
no desire to take this route, as it
is easier and cheaper for our customers
to simply pay for their services.
CHECKS & CASH
We do not accept checks or cash
for our services. The exception to
this is if you pay the 6 trip minimum
in advance for services, which requires
approval. E-mail

MOW DAY AND TIME
You will be assigned a first time
mow once you sign up for service,
usually the very next business day.
Your mowing day may change for the
2nd mow, as we will put you on the
schedule with other lawns in your
area. In the event of heavy rain or
thunderstorms, we will push the days
forward and use Saturday to make up
the lawns we have missed.
PAYMENT
CREDIT CARDS
Conveniently billed to your Debit
or Credit card the night of your mow
with continued service until you choose
to cancel.
SKIPS
There may be an instance within
the mowing season that you choose
to skip your mowing day. If you are
a weekly customer, we allow 2 skips
per season. We do not allow skips
for bi-weekly customers.
BI-WEEKLY MOWING
Bi-Weekly mowing schedules are
available at $5 per trip more than
weekly, due to the extra work involved
as well as the scheduling conflicts
they create. For most lawns we do
not recommend bi-weekly service as
it's healthy to remove only 1/3 of
the grass blade tip per mow. On most
Bi-weekly lawns we need to take off
far more than this for it to even
look cut. If you take the time and
money to water and fertilize your
lawn, then it's worth it to cut it
Weekly as well. Bi-Weekly lawns that
exceed normal a normal growth rate
determined by us will be instructed
to go weekly.
MOWING SEASON
Our season is 39 weeks long.
2008 SEASON
Week # 1 starts March 3rd
Week # 39 ends November 24th
INSURANCE
Our company is fully legal and
insured!
RAIN
Our professional mowers allow
us to give a quality cut in light
to moderate rain for extended periods
of time. In the event of constant
heavy rains or thunderstorms, we push
the unfinished lawns a day ahead and
use Saturday as a make up day.
HOLIDAYS
To keep your lawn mowed on your
designated weekday, we still service
lawns that fall on a holiday during
the work week. This allows us to maintain
our busy schedule.
PROMOTIONS
All properties are subject to
approval for all promotions and service,
and only certain zip codes or subdivisions
may apply.
CANCELLATIONS
There is no obligation on either
party to begin or continue service
after the 6 trip minimum. If you cancel
before the 6 trip minimum is fulfilled,
you will be charge a $40 early termination
fee. If we cancel you, the weekly
or bi-weekly rate will apply. If you
sign up as a customer, we consider
you a customer from season to season
until you cancel. Cancellations must
have a 24 hour notice during business
hours, no weekend cancellations for
the following Monday.
